A skilled entrepreneur and insulation professional, Wade Skindelien has worked his way to the top of the corporate business ladder by way of his own motivation and drive. He got his start working as an installer before joining Bayer Built Woodworks, a door manufacturing company, where he remained for 10 years. Since 2009, he has excelled as the owner of ThermoSeal Insulation in New London, Minnesota, a certified installer of open and closed cell foam, open blow fiberglass, fiberglass batting and the blow-in blanket system. Today, his company maintains 80 percent of the market in his area, providing a diversified package that meets every client’s needs.
Finding notable success in his community, Mr. Skindelien is honored that ThermoSeal Insulation has been named Best Insulation Contractor by the West Central Tribune for consecutive three years. A strong believer that hard work delivers excellent results, he looks forward to experiencing the continued growth of his company, as well as his own professional development. To remain abreast of his field, Mr. Skindelien holds membership with the National Association of Home Builders and the Insulation Contractors Association of America. Civically involved as well, he has served as treasurer of the West Central Builders Association.
